The short film Wherever It Takes Us, created by CityFilm Productions, was inspired by the railway tragedy that took place in Tempi, Greece, on February 28, 2023.
The story follows the perspective of a victim’s relative, capturing both the day of the disaster and the emotional aftermath one year later. Through this deeply personal lens, the film explores grief, memory, and the enduring impact of loss.
Its purpose is to bring the Tempi tragedy back into public consciousness, challenging those who may wish to forget. At the same time, it reflects a collective need for accountability and justice, expressing the hope that this story contributes to keeping the truth alive.
